The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on cancer research, care and services. This unique situation has forced the research community and the health and social services system to adapt.
The purpose of this competition is to fund projects that will accelerate the management of cancer patients and the development of, or access to, treatments, care and services that prevent, detect and treat cancer.
Projects may address an issue or issues related to or exacerbated by the recent COVID-19 pandemic or focus on positive initiatives or transformations resulting from the response to the pandemic.
Minimal competition budget: $1 000 000
Grant amount per project : maximum of $200 000 over 2 years
