The Héma-Québec and ThéCell teams join forces to invite you to the Ensemble pour la thérapie cellulaire et la médecine régénératrice (Together for cell therapy and regenerative medicine) symposium, to be held on September 22. Cell therapy researchers and physicians are working together to find ways of using the natural strength of cells to improve their graft potential. By multiplying, cells could “educate” the immune system, teaching it to recognize and eliminate a virus, detect malignant cells or repair diseased cells, and thus potentially cure certain diseases.This symposium represents the perfect opportunity to define both the local and international portrait of cell therapy and regenerative medicine here and elsewhere, and ask ourselves certain questions to establish a shared vision of the future of cell therapy and regenerative medicine in Quebec:
