Oncopole and IRICoR have joined forces to launch the Scholarship Competition – Entrepreneurship in Oncology (CEO), and offer up-and-coming scientists the opportunity to participate in the first cohort of the Life Sciences Entrepreneurship Development Program.
This hands-on, immersive program was launched in 2018 by Montréal InVivo, Université de Montréal’s Faculty of Pharmacy and Concordia University’s John Molson Leadership Centre, in collaboration with IRICoR, with the aim of strengthening entrepreneurial skills in the life sciences. Program participants will benefit from over 150 hours of management training to increase their knowledge of innovative business development strategies.
For the 2018 cohort, IRICoR and Oncopole have awarded 8 scholarships to graduate students and postdoctoral fellows in oncology research:
