This grant program is offered by Oncopole, the FRQS cancer cluster, in partnership with the SSA Québec Support Unit and with the collaboration of the Programme québécois de cancérologie (PQC) of the Ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux.

General objective

The aim of this competition is to fund research projects that will improve the care and service experience and quality of life for people living with cancer and their families. Projects must address one or more of the issues raised by Oncopole’s patient-partner committee.

Total competition budget: $600,000

Amount granted per project : maximum $200,000 for 2 years.

Important dates

• Letter of intent deadline: November 1, 2021, 4 PM
• Methodology workshop: week of December 6, 2021
• Deadline for submitting a complete application: February 7, 2022, 4 PM
